Can undirected proxy votes be banned?
With the possibility of extra information becoming available at meetings, or an AOB item there is a need for undirected proxy votes.

More important is surely what the Colwyn bay congress is doing in Llandudno :) Looks a fine venue for it mind!
The usual venue became unavailable so the congress wasn't going to happen until the WCU helped out with an even better venue, it would have cost too much otherwise.

ECF Competition Rules
This document will come into force from 1st September, 2016.
These Competition Rules will be used in conjunction with the FIDE Laws of Chess.
