I've only lived in Lancashire (Preston) for 26 years, so I don't know about any of this. Would I get beaten up if I went along to the next Lancashire meeting and proposed that we let MCF join the NCCU?

whilst we are discussing content managements systems, I have been using drupal:

Its advantage is that almost any aspect is configurable, but that is perhaps also its downside, in that there is a lot to learn, if you want to configure all those things.

I think we should have a central facility for entering congresses via the web (possibly via Pay Pal?). I have even started playing about with forms and a redirection to Pay Pals site.
