Re: 4NCL RAPIDPLAY CHAMPIONSHIPS
I cant make it myself, but am pleased to say that there will be two bristol teams in attendance so at least this area of the country is well represented.
Any opinions expressed will not be held to account.

I currently have more than enough players for 2 teams and am close to having enough for a third so if any player is interested in playing it's worth messaging me.

Re: 4NCL RAPIDPLAY CHAMPIONSHIPS
Any idea how many players were there over the weekend? The individual event was about 36 boards, so that is 72 players, and there were probably around another 20-25 players on the Saturday for the team event. I was impressed with the use of internet broadcast boards (on the top eight boards) and the use of webcams, and the way that the venue's "internet cafe" (three computers in the coffee area) allowed people to play through the games on the top boards if you wanted to (after finishing your own game). I thought the organisation of the event was excellent as well.

Re: 4NCL RAPIDPLAY CHAMPIONSHIPS
There were 27 teams, though Bristol 2 withdrew after 4 rounds, so counting reserves it must have been 110-120 players on the Saturday.Christopher Kreuzer wrote:Any idea how many players were there over the weekend?
