What would J Hawkins need to score to gain a GM norm

What would J Hawkins need to score to gain a GM norm from this years 4NCL or is it not possable for him to gain a norm this year
I am speaking here for myself and not the NCCU which i am now president of

He is currently performing at 2621.75 against an average of 2428.75 so it is very likely a draw will be sufficient in round 9. By my limited maths he needs a draw against a 2476 or higher or a win against someone below that. The 4ncl site hasn't yet published the fixtures for rounds 9, 10 and 11 so I'm not sure which team he faces in round 9. I expect that all players in contention for a norm to be made aware of their exact requirement nearer the time.

The Pool pairings have been published on the site, so in round 9 Cheddleton will be playing e2e4 and most probably playing Slavin, so he may have to win
