Has it been decided where division 4 south will be held 2018-2019?
Apologies if I've missed it somewhere obvious.

...and we see that the Board has (probably correctly) installed Manx Liberty as the second seed, in their first year in division one.

I wonder if the addition of "Chess.com" to their team name indicates they have secured extra sponsorship, and some new recruits. It will be interesting to see the registrations. I reckon at least 1 big name..
