Venues for 2018-2019

Has it been decided where division 4 south will be held 2018-2019?
Apologies if I've missed it somewhere obvious.

Hopefully Jim & everyone else they will sort out the no water situation before the start of the season.

...and we see that the Board has (probably correctly) installed Manx Liberty as the second seed, in their first year in division one.

I wonder if the addition of "Chess.com" to their team name indicates they have secured extra sponsorship, and some new recruits. It will be interesting to see the registrations. I reckon at least 1 big name..
