Chess Arbiter's Course 14th/15th June, Wellington College

By popular demand, Wellington College, Crowthorne will be hosting another course for Chess Arbiters 14th/15th June 2008.
We have been able to secure the services of ECF Chief Arbiter, David Welch to run the course.
If you are interested in what the Arbiter role encompasses, are a match captain for a team and want to understand your role as captain ( for Surrey Border and Berkshire Leagues, captains may act in the capacity of an arbiter ) , organise tournaments/matches at any level, or just need a refresher on the latest developments in the Laws of Chess, this course will be of interest.
The course cost is £20 and includes an optional exam at the end.
