The question has to be that if your opponents were much better/winning, why are they offering a draw? I see so many players offer draws out of just being scared of playing on in positions where they are clearly better.

As much as I don't like draw offers, I'll happily benefit from the rule while it is in place when an opponent offers a draw in a situation where I have nearly zero chances of winning!
