I was also confused that he's showing as playing black on LiChess but is white in the pairings on chess-results.

As a guess perhaps they set up the DGT board incorrectly and made an unsuccessful attempt to correct it, resulting in triplicated games.

I too sacced with a Bxf7+ and here...

There seem to have been a few more recent examples if not at a top level. The stockfish verdict appears to be that Black refutes the sacrifice, whilst White's 5. Qd4 leads to an advantage.
