I haven't seen the 2.Nh3 before, but he certainly made it work.

I assume that Black won in Clark vs Thestrup despite what the pgn says?

Black certainly has a winning position. I don't think he would have resigned, having seen the Bishop sac. on e1. Maybe they put the king on the wrong centre square on the live board at the end. That seems to happen quite a lot.

Looking at the prize winners list, it appears that the result was corrected and Thestrup did indeed win.
