Not keen on that one to be honest as that domain should be registered to the ECF in my opinion regardless of it's somewhat dodgy nature

I think you are correct. When it seemed that BCF would become ECF there were some people who registered such web addresses. I was a director at that time and chose to see what that particular one was all about. There was an interesting connection to an individual/organisation much further south than Edinburgh but not as far as Dorset. Perhaps the web address has been re-activated just to be mischievous.
