Still Down

Post by Carl Hibbard » Wed Feb 06, 2008 8:59 pm

Has anyone managed to login to the service recently?

It's been down for 4 days now after an upgrade - well I cannot login anyway?

Anyone?

It's working fine for me, just a little slow to load is all, but maybe it's been fixed between your post and mine? :)
To Drink or not to Drink, that is the question.

I Drink therefore I am.

I'm not as think as you drunk I am.

I presume you are using some variant of Windows though?

Linux is failing again it seems - oh well just me then...

Looks like it has stopped working on Linux. I just get Error #2046 and an immobile progress bar. I haven't changed anything, so it must be their end.

Still not working!

I posted a message into their support forum and there still isn't really a status update - the service needs a better level of support that is for sure

Thanks Andrew but it really should be classed as a "low" priority fix for those very small number of us running Linux - my disappointment is more that even though a couple of us have raised the problem on their "supposed" support forum (a couple here as well...) there is still no official acknowledgement of the fact there is even a problem yet alone a rough guess as to when it will be fixed!

That is more the sort of support I would have expected to be honest

It seems down this evening.
Working at about 5pm, but not at about 11pm.
