Hi Nigel,
I've got loads of chess books - literally hundreds! Rather than list them perhaps I could send you some pictures? Or you could pop round and have a look. The vast majority are old enough to be in descriptive notation. If you're interested in any you can have them for free as I'm trying to get rid of all my chess equipment, books, magazines and strange nik-naks at the moment (the last category is the one I'm having most trouble parting with).
