Just seen this. It's one of the BBC produced books. I'm not with the book at the moment but can get further details in a week.

1st edition published 1979. ISBN 0 563 17437 4. Authors Jeremy James and Leonard Barden. Covers TV series The Master Game 1975, 1976, 1977. A bit tattered as could be expected from a paperback book from 1979 but in very readable condition.
