FIDE Trainers' Commission (TRG)

Hello.
The membership fee is relatively high (60 Euros for a 4-year license, approx. 1950000 IRR for each year). But we could use high quality surveys and book by IM Martin and other top-trainers of the world as compensation. There will no be such compensations anymore, so I wonder what would be the reason for continuing to pay the fee? Any ideas?
