Mysterious Fields on Foreign Scoresheets

Anyone know, or like to hazard at guess at, what the fields at the bottom of this scoresheet (underneath moves 20, 40 and 60) are for? You might think they're for the result of the game and the clock times, except that there are spaces for that information next to the players' names.

I didn't see anyone filling them in on completed scoresheets.

And just to confuse everyone, there is also the mathematical concept of a field, which is a structure with addition and multiplication defined on it, with some pretty specific rules governing both.

I played a Geoffrey Fields back in the 60s. One of my easier victories, definitely not worth showing here.

And our lectures on electromagnetism were once enlivened by reference to the behaviour of a couple in the field ....
