A game for everybody - age extremes

For as long as anybody can remember (certainly since the 1970s) my club has run a handicap knockout every year with odds determined by the grading gap. Last year the final was contested by a 79 year old and a 83 year old with age trumping youth on that occasion. This year the final will be between a 12 year old and a 13 year old.

I'm sure other clubs have similar stories to tell ...
