On the Lechenicher Schachserver, there is a special category of "No Engine" tournaments, for those who like to play the old-fashioned way. As the name suggests, use of an engine in these tournaments is strengst verboten.

Are there other providers who cater for this preference?

And how is such a rule enforced exactly.......
