The Week in Chess
Anyone know what's happened to TWIC (The Week in Chess). I have checked over the last day or two. At first, it showed the account as suspended and now it just gives a links page. Or is it my PC playing tricks.

I know from Mark's Twitter account that he's been experiencing problems and that promises to fix them haven't been fulfilled.
"Do you play chess?"
"Yes, but I prefer a game with a better chance of cheating."

I take note of your points, yes I am saddled with hyper mania for life and until you reach the 4 days or 6 days no sleep mark, I don't feel it and I am nearly 50. It's not easy but the bottom line is I love chess, no need to personalize things is there?

Justin, you need to define what a condition is, if that is what you are referring to.JustinHorton wrote: ↑Thu Mar 05, 2020 9:00 amI know from Mark's Twitter account that he's been experiencing problems and that promises to fix them haven't been fulfilled.

I sincerely hope you guys aren't playing a game of 'let's give Mark the heebeegeebees of making him think we go to his website'. I hate being read -yes I know that's a real mind f-word to follow-. I only write for myself even though the content is broad...okay I'll content the administrator outlawing this... .

To MJMcCready
Mark is the person who runs TWIC. I don't think they mean you when they made reference to Mark's Twitter account.

Oh, I'm glad of that explanation Ihor! I couldn't understand the thread at all unless "Mark Crowther" was just a pseudonym for Mr McCready.

TWIC is back up and running - with an apology for the three and a half days of downtime.

It’s pretty easy to sort with something like a Linode VPS depends how techy Mark is?
