Popping up on my Facebook today, something that very much looks like a copycat of last year's robotic chess board set by Regium Chess.

Hard to imagine how it could be marketed in today's world -certainly a rather expensive addition to the family home. I suppose to some degree it does bring to life the antiquated idea of automated chess and thus gives it a certain magic but still. I'm afraid I am too poor to make a purchase, alas... .
