Ironically, Magnus lost his record of winning Titled Tuesday whenever he plays last night, converting 7/7 into 8/11.

Yes, part of the group.
I assume - as the traditional joke goes - they will take the chess from chess24 and the .com from chess.com to create a new company name.

They must have made a fortune during lockdown - their membership increased almost tenfold during that time alone. Shame they arent publicly traded really...
