The matches, and the teams participating are listed as follows, scheduled in USA East Coast time:

Saturday 27th August:

9.30 am: Harvard vs Unbeatable Lions

Sunday 28th August:

As you can see, Chess.com have supported the tournament with Chess TV time, and the following cash prizes are up for grabs kindly provided by them:

$3000 for first place

$1200 for second place

so i take it peter youre an ex student yourself, i got turned down for an offer then did badly in my a levels anyway and ended up in dundee university where i had a breakdown then went to the university of central lancashire and did really well in a physics degree so i flunked flunked flunked then came out smelling of roses, i even got a job at durhams arch rival in the north umist

Durham Alumni were sadly knocked out last night by Chess Club Politika B:
