It is interesting how much more Magnus seems to love football then chess these days, he was the most animated and excited I've ever seen him in an interview here (although i guess if you were a football fan and got to meet up with one of the greatest managers of all time it would probably be a big deal)
Lose one queen and it is a disaster, Lose 1000 queens and it is just a statistic.

He went on the pitch once to hand their captain a flag or something, and there was a video of him wearing their shirt and singing a song of sorts in the stadium. But yes most likely he is a glory hunter. Nothing wrong in supporting your hometown team.
