Do you know in exact details where he was actually born?

Baku.
He grew up there but it isn't where he was born. He's on record on the C-Squared podcast talking about it at length as it is known as a disputed region (which is a rather large hint).

"Gary Kimovich KASPAROV was born on April 13, 1963 in Baku, where he still lives."

This was from Gary Kasparov's Fighting Chess, Gary Kasparov, Jon Speelman and Bob Wade, Batsford, 1995, ISBN 0 7134 7919 1

Are you suggesting that Kasparov was unaware as to where he was born?

I suspect you are mixing this up with where his maternal grandparents were from, namely Nagorno-Karabakh.

You might like to read A Short Tribute to my Mother.
Klara Shagenovna Kasparova was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, in the Soviet Union, on March 19, 1937. Both of her parents were Armenians from Karabakh and she was the eldest of three sisters. She married my father, Kim Weinstein, at 23, not long after a memorable date at the Van Cliburn concert in Baku. They both loved classical music. They couldn’t afford to have children right away, and I came along in 1963.

It was an unusual marriage at the time, a Jew and an Armenian, even in mixed Baku, which still had its unofficial ethnic partitions. You could say my mother’s family broke down barriers, as her youngest sister later married an Azeri, which was even more unusual.

He states explicitly where his birth place was in Caruana's C-squared podcast. The details above are not correct according to him. He grew up in Baku but was not born there. I will see if I can find the exact point where he discusses this along with his Armenian mother and family.

I am not going to waste further time on this, beyond referring you to Kasparov's own website, kasparov.com.

See: https://www.kasparov.com/biography/
Born in Baku, Azerbaijan, in the Soviet Union in 1963
and further: https://www.kasparov.com/timeline-event/apr-1972/
On April 13th, 1963 Garry Kasparov was born Garik Kimovich Weinstein (Russian: Гарик Вайнштейн). He was born in Baku, Azerbaijan (former Soviet Republic) to Kim Moiseyevich Weinstein and Klara Shagenovna Kasparov.

Vladimir Putin is himself the subject of an arrest warrant issued by a more widely-recognised court than the one which issued the warrant for Kasparov but, even there, there's precious little chance of anything happening - at least in the short term. The greater risk, in my opinion, is that of a Russian agent operating abroad deciding to take matters into his own hands.*
