Silver to gold conversions as at 1 July

Something seems to have seriously gone wrong as numerous players with pre-1 July "silver" membership expiring in the next 12 months are now shown on the ECF rating database as non-members as in the case below ("silver" due to expire 31 December) which I've anonymised:

The "X" signifies ECF non-member as opposed to "G" (gold), "B" (bronze) or formerly "S" (silver). It hasn't carried across into my copying above but there's also a horizontal line through membership number and through "31 Dec 2024"

A friend of mine has queried this with the ECF and has been told they are in the process of correcting it.
