Arbiter Suspended

Not much of a punishment - banned from serving as an International Arbiter for 2 years, but half of that is suspended. Would he still be able to work as a non-international arbiter (i.e. non-FIDE tournaments) in that time? I guess that would be up to the Danish Chess Federation.

"The Complainant has requested to remain anonymous in the published decision, as well as the identities of the Witnesses". The Ethics Commission hasn't done this very well. The identities of several of the witnesses can be easily ascertained because the report tells us what role they had at specific events (e.g. the Chief Arbiter). It also tells us that one of those identifiable people is the partner of the complainant.
