I know the British is the hot topic at the moment but being pressured to sort out my remaining holiday at work I was hoping to sort out my entry to LCC Open but the website gives no indication as to when entry information will be available.
Wouldn't normally be a problem but I recently read about the proposals to use a US-type system of 3/5/9 day schedules . In the interests of using up as little of my annual holiday as possible, can anyone connected with the event let me know when entry info will be posted on website???

Re: London Chess Classic 2010
Dear Matthew
Malcolm Pein (whose son is playing in the second week), Alex McFarlane (the Arbiter) and I will be discussing the final arrangements for the London Classic 2010 at the British Championships, and then posting the information soon afterwards. Alternative, US-style, schedules are part of that discussion, but it is not yet clear we will be using them. My advice is book the whole period!
