Michael Adams simul, Paignton Sept. 2010

Post by John Constable » Wed Sep 08, 2010 9:53 am

Michael Adams gave a simul against 31 competitors from the 60th Paignton chess congress last evening as part of their diamond jubilee celebrations. His score was 28-3 and congratulations go to Robert Thompson who beat him and Brendan O'Gorman, W.Taylor, J.Wells and C.Archer-Lock who all drew. Photos and all the games should be appearing on www.chessdevon.co.uk soon.

I think the games from the Open (or Premier, as they like to call it) are appearing on Chess Devon as well. Not sure about the games from the other sections though
True glory lies in doing what deserves to be written; in writing what deserves to be read.

Short video of the simul now posted on You tube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sX7rAA8vcOc
Not very exciting as limited space and low battery!
