Battleships

Post by TomChivers » Fri Jun 27, 2008 1:21 pm

My girlfriend keeps decimating me at Battleships.

Does anyone have any tactical or strategical advice about how to play this game?

Hey Tom - it's difficult to see how you can keep losing - isn't this a game which is just luck and the results ought to come out somewhere around 50-50 over a period of time.

I presume you are playing a computer version so we can rule out her cheating. What's left. Maybe she can read your mind - in which case it's not just Battleships you need to worry about.

Yes,

I would transform the game into Twister for two combined with red wine.
Hours of laughs.

LOL, thanks both.

Yes, we play over a computer some lunch times. She says she has a secret strategy, but that she's never going to tell me what it is . . .
