Do you have an inlaid chess table for Fischer and Spassky..?

Do you have an inlaid chess table for Fischer and Spassky to play on?

The subject line above may be a little misleading, so let me explain. I am seeking an inlaid chess table (a table with the chessboard inlaid) for an art event to take place in Manchester in June. The idea of the art event is to recreate one of the games of the Fischer-Spassky match, with local junior players taking the roles of the two players. Some brief details of the event are here:

A pic of the kind of table that I’m looking for is attached below. Do you have such a table and could you loan it for the duration of the event? Or do you know of a club or individual who could help? The artist, Louise Adkins, can pay for transportation of the table, pay a small hire fee and will ensure that it is returned in pristine condition.

If you’d like to help, please post here or send me a private message.

A couple of Eames chairs look to have been sorted for the event (of the kind here: http://eamesdesigns.com/eames-spotting- ... mes-chair/) so it would be good to have a table to match!

Kind regards,
