USCF legal imbroglios

Post by Paul Buswell » Thu Oct 30, 2008 6:09 pm

There was a thread a while ago about the legal battles within the USCF. An amended lawsuit now alleges that Susan Polgar and a chess associate hacked into the e-mail account of someone on the other side of the disputes.

At least the ECF's not gone down that route yet.

And I have seen reports that Paul Truong has allegedly filed for bankrupty (again), and that he forgot to tell the USCF when standing for election. Not a happy time for the Trulgar household. It is said that people also masquerade as Sam Sloan and publish nasty messages in an attempt to damage his reputation......

Whether the above is true or not, it would be a mistake to gloat too much.......

When I was a Senior Admin on Chess Live there were frequent complaints of alleged hacking into accounts.Polgar and Truong were involved with this server at a very senior level and must have been aware of the rumours.
