Just came across this rather remarkable game:
The real fun starts at move 53, although the earlier part of the game was quite fun as well.

Re: Three Knights
That's an awesome find! 53.g8=N is almost a study-like solution, the king is forced onto a square where White can take the bishop with check! (S)he actually did well not to stalemate at the very end.

Re: Three Knights
I can't do three knights simultaneously, but I have had four different knights by move 42!

Re: Three Knights
Just checked with Tim Krabbé's Chess Records. He gives the longest 3-knight sequence as 13 moves so this game shatters the record.

Re: Three Knights
I do remember Andrew Martin mating me with three knights during one of his world record breaking attempts (in 1983 I think). As it was a rapidplay game and Andrew played many other games that day I do not have a game score, but am sure Andrew remembers it,
