Hey, I didn't ask for a new thread but one of the powers that be hived off one of my posts (without including the one by Stewart Reuben that it was in response to) from this thread. Are you asking for similar treatment?

The main point is that if we are to discuss FIDE, it's better done under a more suitable subject title.

I suspect the moderators don't read all the threads closely enough to spot requests like this. In John's thread, Jack created a new thread, but if Roger wants him to do that here, maybe send him a pm (personal message) using the clickable button for that purpose?

Just seen the report on the Gambia tournaments on the FIDE site. Stewart Reuben and David Sedgwick should be congratulated on a job well done.
