Finally! I had always been under the impression that it was a capital offence to diss Monty Python. I always thought it was utter dross, perpetrated by a bunch of public school cockwombles, whilst tittering at the memory of some lecture they received from The Beak at some ancient caper. Like Michael Palin, seriously, has to be the least entertaining person in all of his history: his comedy consists solely of considering himself a comic. Alas, I never dared speak up.

I still remember the 'Make Aimi McDonald a very rich lady' charity appeal on 'At Last the 1948 Show.'

Absolutely heartrending to see the problems she had that only a lot of money could cure.
