I see on the ECF website that there are no updates for ECF Grand Prix for this season, considering we are now nearly at the end of October, and there was a problem supplying updates last year, does anyone know when we are likely to see any info?

That didn't happen during the 25 years or so I administered the Grand Prix on my own, without computer aid. And there were proper prizes then.

There’s an issue with ECF Membership and start-of-season renewals. You can’t score in the Grand Prix unless you’re a Member, so early-season leader boards will be misleading till all the renewals are in, and that includes MO returns which aren’t due till the end of October. So it has been thought best to wait till November before publishing leader boards. My guess is, they’ll start appearing in a couple of weeks’ time. Agreed, it would have done no harm if the ECF had explained this.

I hasten to say I’m not in charge of the Grand Prix. I just press buttons to make the leader boards.

Many thanks for explaining that, and I do agree it would be helpful for the ECF to have to have at least put it on the web site at some point
