I want to establish a chess club. My city has already 5 chess clubs.

Yes. One room would be enough if it is big enough.

Or even if it isn't really
(Not that I'm advocating ********* venues, but the empirical reality of chess clubs is that a lot of them do have them.).

Number of members playing games & if playing other clubs may want to allow twice as much.

Just to clarify, I believe John meant a social chess club !

A guy should have visited and approved the site by now.
It is almost 3 weeks I informed them. They are being late and not embarressed!

What if I decide to create a chess asssociation instead?
