Showing us how its made in style

I posted the clips below on my blog a couple of weeks back and have found myself watching them every few days or so out of curiosity. The level of skill involved is very high indeed and the footage is obviously well shot and edited. There are one or two oddities I noticed. Are the Di Resta brothers chess players at heart does anyone know? I ask this because in one clip (towards the end) the board is set up incorrectly in the second game (re: king and queen) but corrected when play starts. In the first game (making the set) they are just fooling around for the cameras but in the second (making the board) its hard to to tell because the footage is running at high speed but that looks like an Alekhine's Defence played with a genuine interest in chess? Hard to be sure about the quality of play since the footage is running so fast.

Anyway, if anyone can find a video that exemplifies a greater degree of skill and sophistication showing just how much work goes into a hand-made chess set and board by all means link it to this thread. I'd be surprised if such a thing exists however.
