If you wish to make a complaint concerning bullying, then as I am the Safeguarding Officer, you should pass it on to the Richmond upon Thames LSCB. Their Single Point of Contact is 020 8891 7969. Good luck with that, and remember that malicious and vexatious claims may themselves have legal consequences.

Just re-read the items you have posted on this site and on facebook in this calendar year and don't use that language. It is not what you what you want your children, helpers and parents to do.

Richmond upon Thames have far more important things to consider.
