Tactical opportunities

A recent league game reached this position
First time round I missed the trick and played 20. .. h6 defending against nebulous back rank ideas. My opponent missed it as well and played 21. Rd2 after which the combination is still on.
So how easy is it to spot?

Now you've told us there is a trick in the position, fairly trivial. Without such assistance, for me it would be a matter of luck and I can only hope that I would spot it on a good day. It doesn't help that Black is obviously doing fine and is thinking in terms of winning by routine means.

It looks like a combination of c4, e4 and Bh4 should pick-up an exchange?
Somewhat hard, as the early moves are somewhat anti-positional (giving away d4). There was a debate about how people miss anti-positional tactical moves during the Carlsen-Jones game (...f4 winning the bishop)

Here's another couple where I was White in a league game.
Black to play and find a move that according to an engine "and wins".
Instead .. Bd3+ then Kf2 Rf8+ were played and now it's White to play and win with a forced mate. As I spotted it, that one is easier.
Actually the only other plausible move wins as well.

Does exchanging rooks not allow White to wriggle out? If Rxd8 Qxd8, Rd1 vacates the diagonal with tempo. If Rxd8 Rxd8 Nd2, Black can't go ...e4 any more.
EDIT - ...Bxd8! Fiendish. Disregard previous
Further edit - Black doesn't bother with ...bxc4 anyway. Black has a spare tempo for that after White recaptures on e1. Wow, my vision is garbage today. I need to get my Stoyko on.
