Both players castling queenside – rare?
“It is common for both players to castle kingside, and rare for both players to castle queenside” Found this so called fact on Wikipedia. Hadn’t noticed this myself but now I think about it, it’s probably the rarest set up out of the 4 possible both side castling options. Should still be lots of games where it happens.

Neither players castling might be rarer than any of those?

1 e4 c6 2 d4 d5 3 Nc3/d2 dxe4 4 Nxe4 Bf5 is the line that immediately springs to mind.Kevin O'Rourke wrote: ↑Mon May 28, 2018 3:29 pm“It is common for both players to castle kingside, and rare for both players to castle queenside” Found this so called fact on Wikipedia.
