What can I do? Help me

Hello Dear friends.
I ran into a problem.
I have purchased the Farsi language rights of a book of GM Grivas, who was our lecturer in the FIDE TRG seminar, Tehran 2016.
Two weeks ago, I learned by chance that someone else in my city, who was visiting my club, is trying to combine this book and that of mr. Bellin (FIDE Trainer), who happens to be a brit, under the name of 'Planning tests in chess', and this would devide the market, which would be in his favour, as he purchased nothing. It occured to me that I contact Mr. Bellin and try to somehow acquire his permission to offer to invest on their combinative book, while convincing them not to publish anything from Grivas in the near future.
Any help would be appreciated.
