"What are the best places on the web for comprehensible commentary?"

I have been asked this question.
Can anybody help with answers? "Comprehensible" may mean "comprehensible to somebody who knows how the pieces move but not necessarily much more", i.e. a large part of the potential audience for chess.

1. Simon Williams' youtube videos are great at explaining what is going on (about 20 or 25 minutes for each game). (Watch after the game is over.)
2. Chess24 live commentary with Svidler/ Grischuk/ Sopiko is very good on analysis and also entertaining, but probably you need some chess knowledge beyond the beginner's stage to follow it.
3. Whenever I looked at Polgar and Rudolph (the official commentary) they were always interviewing some celebrity or another so it's difficult to tell what level they are aiming at chess-wise, but I suspect a lower level than 2. because they're not paying so much attention to the moves.
There is also chess.com but I haven't really looked at that because I'm happy with the above, 2. in particular.

Chess24 excellent but not ideal for beogonners. GingerGm is good I agree - but even that is a little too advanced. It’s the best option I’ve seen so far. I assumed the official feed would be rubbish so I haven’t wat hex yet. Perhaps to my detriment.

He does explain things in a simple way, but is a little rushed and robotic/dry.
A good compromise may be

agadmator explains simply & because he is closer to our rating is better for a non-expert. In my opinion.
Why not watch any free content highlights?
