No it isn't.
Black just plays 15.....Qxf3 16.gxf3 Re7! (better than 16....Re8 that has been played a few times) and even if White regains material after something like 17.Ng5 Nxc1 18.Rxc1 h6 19.bxa3 hxg5 20.Rcg1 Bd7 21.Rxg5 he has an awful position after 21....Rae8.

Oh yes, the knight on h3 is hanging. That makes a difference.
