Preparing Chess books

Hi.
What's a good software for publishing chess diagrams? ChessPad was reconmended by some forumees before (aqnd it truly produces stylistic diagrams), but it apparently doesn't include coordinates (needed by less experiencced players).

I used ChessBase.
What's a good Font for the notation?
