The schedule for this has now been published.

I believe the Senior Championships have been shifted one day later, so they start on the Monday and finish on the following Sunday with a morning round. By way of compensation that enables players to play in the weekend opens starting Friday, finishing Sunday.

The usual hotel booking sites have some attractive advance purchase accommodation options. But what to go for, given the schedule?

Plenty of hotels, B&Bs, uni & college rooms, caravans & camping as well as boats.
Possibility of Brexit issues & who knows whether they will have the staff in the summer.
Enjoy - I have NIL chance of my partner wanting our holiday to be spent with me playing any chess,

The chessbase report on Hastings claims that Gormally qualifies for the 2019 British by virtue of his shared first place at Hastings. Presumably he is already qualified by rating and title and the qualifier is someone further back in the standings.

There doesn't seem to be a published list of those already qualified, nor for that matter a note of the leader board in the qualification Grand Prix.

I am sure you are right.
The irony is that it used to be that the British Champion would get an invitation to play at Hastings.

There's now a web page and entry form.

https://www.britishchesschampionships.co.uk/

There isn't any announced external sponsorship. Hopefully that's "yet", as without it, the purge of all the lower rated players who supported the prize fund with their entry fees is going to leave the Championship in particular out of pocket.

If there's a leader board for the qualifiers via rated weekend Swiss events, that doesn't seem to be published anywhere.

Are there any rumours where it will be held next year?

It's going to stretch over two weeks. The problem they needed to solve was that the Olympiad starts in early August. A schedule that works for the Championship doesn't work for junior events as they would start before some schools finish. The proposal then is to hold the British Championships in the first week and the junior events in the second. As to where, I don't know of any rumours. Others may be better informed.

I don't think it's been to East Anglia since 2007 in Great Yarmouth.
