I've received three emails with this title this morning, inviting me to click a link to view a document...
But senders are
[email protected] &
[email protected] , and it's signed "English Chess Federation", so I'm assuming it would be better not to open it...

I got the same email which was sitting in my spam folder. I get a lot of similar emails, ostensibly from chess folk, including several who post on this Forum (and regularly from the account of a former ECF Director who has been dead for several years). I delete these emails and then immediately empty trash as an additional safeguard.
