Re: ECF AGM 2021
Attendance at Council Meetings will be discussed under AOB (if we reach it).
Chris Fegan spoke on the NED's report and now Rob Wilmoth is now speaking about poor relationships between board members.

Re: ECF AGM 2021
I had supposed that's why some on the ECF Council and Board hate it so much.

Re: ECF AGM 2021
We have now dealt with all the reports whicvh have been passed on a show of hands, but there will be card votes on the NED report and Govrenance Report later in the meeting.
Macolm P just asked Adam A (Finance Director) how much money we have in the bank (didn't catch the reply)

Re: ECF AGM 2021
Coming from people who don't want to debate the issues then yes
Of course, a good time to thank Carl for keeping the forum going despite the opposition

Re: ECF AGM 2021
Most of the meetinf so far has been Chris F (backed at certain points by Tim W and Rob W) objecting to items in the NED and Governance reports and those reports being defended by their authors).

Re: ECF AGM 2021
I recall in the early days of this place being harangued (at a Sunningdale 4NCL weekend) by David Welch who was not keen (to say the least) on ECF matters being discussed openly.Mick Norris wrote: ↑Sat Oct 16, 2021 3:18 pm
