ECF LMS

I rather think the ECF have moved the LMS to a different server. At any rate my saved login didn't work.

The site is now at https://lms.englishchess.org.uk/lms/

I like the fact that the URI has a "lms" in the domain part of the URL and in the file path: nice symmetry!
