Has anyone else found the car park booking system broken in that the code for free parking that was on the "Welcome" letter is flagged as invalid?

I had one email to that effect several days ago, followed by a further email three minutes after the original was sent; the latter saying not to worry because they'd sorted it. Other than that, nobody had any issues that were reported to me.

You could consult the ECF Gold Members Representatives to see what they think about the parking situation. One of them, freshly elected last week, was present at the weekend and seemingly had no difficulty with parking.
