A great pity (despite what David R. continues to write somewhat repetatively).

DW had had many useful conversations about ways forward including agreement to attempt to rid England of adjudications and adjournments (or at least not rate them).

He also had radical suggestions for dealing with Sharks and other such undesirables and we discussed some well known cases although CM claims that these persons do not exist.

I felt that that Laws of Chess were in good hands with DW and maybe this was something as least that the ECF could be prominent in.

I fear that we are in the hands of the Turkish Federation and Zimbabwe from now on!

I do not claim they do not exist. I do claim that no one has presented me with any evidence of sharkish behaviour.

That's a shame, I met him yesterday at the U18/U13 County Champiosnhips, and he seems a very nice guy...
To Drink or not to Drink, that is the question.

I Drink therefore I am.

I'm not as think as you drunk I am.

I have received a communication from CM informing me that Bruce Holland no longer wishes to be considered to be the Manager of ICT, and a consequence of this is that the IT Committee has acquired a status of "in abeyance". The previous members of this committee were :

Bruce Holland
David Thomas
myself.

I have updated my signature appropriately.
